What a great turn out we had at our AGM and subs renewal night with over 150 people turning out on a foul night of the 4th Jan. We raised a fantastic amount for the Blood runners £3,556. Our new Assistant Director Geoff Anderson presented the cheque to them.
It was my great pleasure in announcing the furthest travelled in the Mileage Chapter Challenge for the gents 1st Ade Rowe with 13,812, 2nd Pete Eames 13,666, 3rd Daniel Barron 11,560,and for the ladies Liz Hatchet with 2,876, not bad for only passing her test in Febuary 2017. 2nd me Fiona Gilbert 2,655 and 3rd Pauline Lucus 2,530.
The 2 winners get a £50 SH-D voucher thanks to Tony Tate for presenting to them.
Well done to Jean Jones who got a £20 voucher for being our Rear of the year who had done 20 of 2017 ride outs as pillion.
